Bad Ragaz welcomes three-Michelin star chef Andreas Caminada

The youngest three-Michelin-star chef in Europe, Andreas Caminada, will be opening his new restaurant, Igniv,at Europe’s leading wellbeing and health resort Bad Ragaz on 16th December 2015.

Andreas Caminada is known for his exquisite haute cuisine, vision and innovation and will invite guests to embark on a new culinary experience: the sharing of time, fine food and indulgence. Meals will consist of either 14 or 18 different sharing plates.

“We want to bring people together around the table, to get them eating together, speaking to each other while enjoying dishes,” said Andreas Caminada.

Previously known as Äbtestube, the new restaurant at Bad Ragaz will be named Igniv, meaning ‘nest’ This traditional name represents enjoyable moments spent with family, friends, or simply with warm and friendly people.
