Outstanding Gold On 27 opens at Burj Al Arab

Gold On 27 is a dazzling new cocktail bar which is located on the highest floor of the Burj Al Arab Jumeirah, Dubai and offers exhilarating views of the Arabian Gulf and Dubai’s stunning skyline.

The textured walls of the bar shimmer with gold and the carefully crafted lighting effects create a sophisticated atmosphere, picking out flashes of the bar’s art deco design.

Internationally acclaimed resident DJ Darko De Jan sets the tone playing soulful house and lounge music, creating an exclusive and relaxed atmosphere.

Progressive cocktails are undoubtedly the main event at Gold On 27. Using premium brands and a surprising array of ingredients, the bar’s award-winning team of mixologists, headed up by general manager Paul Bradley, has created an imaginative menu brimming with contemporary twists.

Experimental cocktails include Light Sweet Crude (using foie gras and blackened truffle oil) and Scent of the Souk (using oud oil, rosemary and spices).
