Offering a comprehensive approach to wellness, Ti Sana’s signature ‘Healtheatarian’ tailored wellness programmes combine organic vegan nutrition, therapeutic physical activity and holistic therapies to ensure guests leave feeling rested and ready to continue a new healthy lifestyle on their return.

The Healtheatarian programme is designed to help people optimise their energy levels, enjoy greater vitality and quality of life, reduce the risk of cancer, cardiovascular and degenerative diseases. The aim is to help people learn to set up and manage their own lifestyle.

The programme will have three options to choose from, slimming, relaxing or energizing. The Healtheatarian programme is available in 10, 7 and 4 day packages and includes an individually tailored programme of nutrition, medical treatments, spa treatments, physical activities and educational talks. Nutrition plays a key role in the Healtheatarian programme and includes two plans: Juicing (4 juices a day and a soup in the evening) and Healtheatarian (also solid food for breakfast, lunch and dinner).

Food plans are followed according to the cortisol cycle, alkalizing, low in sodium, rich in minerals, vitamins, fibre and good carbohydrates. The food is mainly vegan with the exception of egg proteins. Healtheatarian menus are cooked to preserve as many nutrients as possible.

Problem: Physical and psychological depression that result in the client having to take a break from work (11 MUS: chronic fatigue, mood disorder, poor sleep, drowsiness during the day, anxiety, night hunger pangs, drowsiness during the day, stomach problems, alteration of the perspiration in the night, feelings of unjustified guilt, often wake up in a bad mood, difficulty to be happy if something positive happens).
