From there the cobbled streets of Saint-Paul de Vence where Picasso and Matisse were inspired is the next desination. Lunch should be had at La Colombe d’Or featuring a menu by Paul Roux.
From here guests can return to the Château to enjoy the sprawling gardens and inviting infinity pool.
The evening will be welcomed with a trip to the property’s historic wine cellar featuring more than 12,000 bottles. The space is carved into the cliff upon which the Château is perched and a fine place to enjoy the sommelier’s collection.
