Exclusive: Yana Jewellery

Called the “real deal” by sartorial observer Coveteur, Yana Raskovalova’s panache for design comes from her own style sensibility. Having injected the sophistication and elegance she’s renowned for into her collection of fine jewellery, Yana as a label is strikingly versatile. Worn by Irina Shayk, Natalia Vodianova, singer Polina Gagarina among other A-listers, the hallmark of her collection is that each piece is a one-off.  

A former model, Yana found her eye for style at an early age. Today as the head of her eponymous brand, she is intricately involved with the design process by canvassing the world for the antique cameos, precious gemstones and rare materials (including bone and coral) that appear throughout her collections.

Another element ubiquitous throughout her work is the delicate, feminine tassel. Each masterpiece is made using traditional Russian jewellery-making techniques and takes up to six months to go from drafting to being seen at a client’s next red carpet affair. She aims to make each piece as light as possible as to not weigh their wearer down and to be appropriate for all occasions.
