Mandarin Oriental, Barcelona: sweet melodies for opera lovers

Located on Passeig de Gràcia with 360° views of the city and mountains, the serenely chic and city slick Mandarin Oriental, Barcelona is offering guests a memorable experience for the upcoming 2017 opera season.

The Sweet Melodies for Opera Lover performance is to be shown at Barcelona’s opera house, Gran Teatre del Liceu, and includes a private tour of the building and its historic members-only club, Circulo del Lice which houses an impressive art collection that has been favoured by local high society since it was founded in 1847.

Guests will view the elegant Renaissance styled Vestibul del Teatre, before continuing to the Hall of Mirrors, which has been a meeting place for the Catalan bourgeoisie for many years.

From May 2017, the following performances are available for you to enjoy: La Fille Du Regiment (16 to 29 May), Don Giovanni (19 June to 2 July), Il Trovatore (17 to 29 July) as well as other operas featured in the 2017 season.
