From the team behind the widely renowned Amante Ibiza, Aiyanna Ibiza is the new highly anticipated sister restaurant, that has just opened in Cala Nova Bay. Located on the north side of Ibiza and oozing a relaxed and tranquil ambience where everyone is welcome, Aiyanna Ibiza presents an unassuming modern rustic vibe complemented with splashes of colour that encapsulates Northern Ibiza’s natural surroundings

Showcasing the enviable and untouched coastal location, Aiyanna Ibiza is one of the few beach restaurants within the Northern region of the island offering a modern take on fresh, healthy food where bold flavours, organic produce, and innovative sharing plates dominate. It’s where Western Mediterranean food meets East with mezze sharing platters, an array of vegetarian options as well as free range fish and organic meat.

Derived from the Native American word, Aiyanna, translating into ‘eternal flower’, the restaurant is an idyllic spot for a perfect day at the beach. Whether you want a relaxed sharing plate lunch or a long afternoon of eating and drinking, guests can sit and relax in one of Aiyanna’s 60 beach beds and enjoy the Ibizan boho beach vibe.

Using organic ingredients grown in its very own garden, Aiyanna caters to balanced lifestyles with colourful sharing plates, delicious super-food salads and fresh meat and fish dishes; paired with a selection of wines, cocktails and nourishing cold pressed fresh juices.

In addition to the menu, Aiyanna Ibiza will also launch with a daily wellness programme, inviting those to start their day right with morning Pilates and yoga sessions, that overlook the azure of the Mediterranean followed by healthy buffet breakfasts.
