- One body analysis
- Nutritional consultation and a personalized menu plan
- Full board from the Vitalizing Kitchen in accordance with your menu plan, including soft drinks
- A 60 minute Lean-Delight cooking course in the hotel kitchen
- Workout with a personal trainer for one hour per stay (female instructor upon request)
- Daily fitness activities (up to two): aqua jogging, circuit training, yoga, nature experience, Nordic walking and back muscle training, large indoor pool, 500 square metre sauna, plunge pool and ladies sauna
