Henley Royal Regatta

Established in 1839, this year the race takes place on the River Thames from 3 to 7 July. Each year, the regatta attracts thousands of spectators to cheer on the jubilant 200 races, all of an international standard and many attracting both Olympic rowers and crew.
Cartier Queen’s Cup Final
The Queen’s Cup has been played at Guards Polo Club under the patronage of HM The Queen since 1945. One of the top five polo tournaments in the world, it attracts the biggest names in the game and this year takes place on 16 June. The iconic players of the past include Eduado Moore, Carlos Gracida, Adolfo Cambiaso and Facundo Pieres.
