For one night only, on Friday 31st December, the rainforest will transform into a Studio 54 haven, dazzling with shimmering mirror balls, neon lights and all things glitter.

We will be kicking things off early, with our ‘Jungle Fever’ menus available from 5 pm alongside our funky live music programme, which is guaranteed to keep you on your feet until 3 am. So dig out your flares, throw on some sequins and let’s get groovy!

Dress code: Tropical disco attire encouraged but not required.

Discover an eclectic line-up, from brunch until the early hours as we party all night with spellbinding surprise shows, signature delights, and special exclusives.

To celebrate the occasion, Chotto Matte has partnered with The House of Suntory, masters of bringing the nature and spirit of Japan to the wider world. Our collaborative cocktail menu has been expertly curated and introduces four new nightcaps, perfect for toasting to the year ahead. Journey through a neon rainforest, with our deluxe set menu, showcasing the very best that Nikkei cuisine has to offer. Featured icons include the Black Cod Aji Miso, Yellowtail Nikkei Sashimi, and premium Wagyu Sirloin.
