Chinois: the ultimate pop-up at 45 Park Lane

At the end of June (Wednesday 27th- Friday 29th), diners at 45 Park Lane’s Cut restaurant are to be treated to a three-day, pop-up culinary experience at the hands of internationally renowned chef Wolfgang Puck and his West Coast ‘Chinois on Main’, held to celebrate the legendary establishment’s 35th anniversary.

Originally opened in 1983 in Santa Monica, Chinois on Main’s exceptional cuisine was pioneering in its fusion of French techniques and Chinese tradition – and it’s this heritage that will be celebrated in the menu served at 45 Park Lane. Pictured above is the ‘First Flavours on Ice’ dish.

Dedicated gastronauts can choose from two dinner tasting menus – a six course selection or eight courses with a welcome cocktail for the ultimate dining experience. Should you prefer a less formal event, an à la carte lunch menu is also available. Pictured above is grilled Miyazaki New York steak.

With Damien Hirst works gracing its walls, Cut is the perfect setting to experience an evening of culinary art that is not to be missed.
