Hotel Cala di Volpe’s VIP Gala Dinners and Concert are the most anticipated events of the summer.

In search of sun, sea and A-list glamour? Head to Costa Smeralda – a haven for the rich and famous, and where former Formula One mogul Flavio Briatore and Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi own the choicest real estate. To see the region at its glamorous best, high summer is the time to come.

Overlooking one of the most beautiful coves lapped by turquoise waters of Costa Smeralda sits Hotel Cala di Volpe. Every year the hotel puts on two spectacular VIP Gala Dinners with Concert – they are the most anticipated events of the summer and why many guests visit the hotel at this time of year.

This summer there are two exclusive concert performances on the cards, the first is taking place on July 22nd, the second on August 12th. Both concerts will be headlined by two top-secret global singers each of whom will perform their greatest hits. Both acts are still unconfirmed – in order to add to the anticipation of this highly sought-after spectacle. Both guest acts are officially unveiled one week before the first concert takes place.

Last year’s acts were the king of Latin Pop, Ricky Martin followed by the queen of the music charts herself, Kylie Minogue on August 13th. These special and unmissable events will be preceded by a magnificent gala dinner by the pool curated by the Executive Chef Maurizio Locatelli. The evening ends with a magic display of fireworks over the bay.

Guests can then slop up to their suites luxuriously decorated with handmade Sardinian furniture, trompe l’oeil paintings, and ornate ceramic tilework. Private terraces have stunning views of Cala di Volpe Bay, and offer a great spot for contemplating tee-times at the nearby 18-hole golf course for the morning after.
