Momo London: Momo comes to Heddon Street, the hidden London enclave bursting with top-tier restaurants. Without-a-doubt London’s most glamorous Moroccan restaurant, Momo attracts London’s most sophisticated set. The inviting interiors are redolent of classic Marrakech, including the latticed mashrabiya-style windows and ornate metalwork lanterns. Always abuzz, thiselegant North African and Mediterranean brasserie will soon also offer a 19th-century-styled cocktail bar, Kwānt, the brainchild of award-winning bartender Erik Lorincz. Executive Head Chef Hervé Deville, previously Executive Head Chef at Sketch Mayfair, combines the perfect balance of light Mediterranean dishes with hints of North African flavour. Divine!

Nathan Outlaw at The Goring: Soon to be the prettiest restaurant in London, this new 60-seat brasserie-style seafood bar from two-Michelin-starred chef Nathan Outlaw is set to open in London’s The Goring Hotel. First opened in 1910, The Goring Hotel in Belgravia remains family owned and gained international fame as the hotel Kate Middleton stayed the night before her Westminster Cathedral marriage. The focus of this splendid menu is Cornish produce because of its extraordinary quality, and it’s what chef Nathan Outlaw has built his world-class reputation on. Designed by architect Russell Sage, of the new venture Nathan has said:“I’m already busy designing dishes and creating menus! I’ll be concentrating on sustainable Cornish seafood. It will be a true seafood restaurant. The hotel has been at the top of the game for over 100 years now and I’m very excited at the prospect of being a part of it”.

Marea Dubai: New York’s two-Michelin-starred Italian restaurant, Marea, will soon open its first outpost in Dubai. Able to host over 200 guests at a time, the interiors will be just as striking as the food. The venue will also feature art by two London-based artists, Nasser Azam and Massimo Agostinelli. The distinct menu will be designed and overseen by Chef Michael White. Marea, means“tide” in Italian and the restaurant concept is to redefine the seascape of high-end Italian cuisine serving regional foods of Italy. A road map of the sea, the impressive menu includes a wide variety of shellfish, oysters and fish dishes, as well as home-made pastas. The menu will include a host of New York’s signature dishes, such as the Astice appetizer (with lobster, stracciatella cheese, and pickled eggplant), the well-known Fusilli pasta (with baby octopus and bone marrow), and the salt-baked whole Branzino fish for two. Equally, a handful of dishes have been created in Dubai’s honour including a fluke fish crudo, topped with caviar and gold leaf.
