His degree in sports science and psychology has provided him the skills and ethos to help his clients invoke real behavioural change into their lives and the way in which they train.
For fast track results or to kick-start a fitness regime, clients may wish to embark on The Jameson Retreat – which is an 8 week bespoke health & lifestyle program.
Throughout the 8 weeks clients undergo pioneering pre-testing at a location in Harley Street, where results are drawn to curate a bespoke 7 day diet and fitness program.
Clients are then whisked away to stay in a luxurious resort to under go training, treatments and nutrition.
Post trip, clients then take on the final part of their journey and complete 5 weeks of personal training, under the expert guidance of Harry and his team and furthermore, undergo post testing at a medical clinic to compare the before and after results.
