Olympe
Restaurant Olympe’s one Michelin star cuisine combines a French approach with Brazilian ingredients. The restaurant offers regional and organic produce like fresh hearts of pupunha palm and mushrooms from the Itaipava mountains. Most of the dishes are presented in small portions so that the discerning diner can enjoy a larger number of dishes.
MEE Rio
At MEE you’ll discover the most sophisticated Pan-Asian cuisine in Rio. The vision of celebrity chef Ken Hom, this Michelin star venue will guide you through countries including Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore and Japan. Michelin recommends the spicy Thai salad with tangerine and quail egg sushi with truffle.

Led by chef Joachim Koerperand, Eleven Rio plays on the look and feel of world renowned restaurant Eleven Lisbon. On the menu you can expect to find delicate dishes like cucumber gazpacho with lobster, tuna tartare with mango and terrine of foie gras, fillet mignon with polenta and suckling pig confit.
