At Grace the chefs at Grace Restaurant work closely with nutritionists to fill the menu with a rainbow of fresh, seasonal dishes that are rich in nutrients and flavour. Be it for breakfast, lunch, dinner or simply to grab a juice on the go; this is healthy indulgence at its best. The carefully balanced, alkalising dishes are designed to promote gut health, incorporating a variety of fresh vegetables, meat, fish, nuts and seeds to support digestion and have a positive effect on your weight, skin and immune system.
Grace to Go makes it easier than ever to enjoy delicious healthy food wherever you are. Both members and non-members can pre-order from the all day dining menu and collect food carefully packaged to take away, or delivered straight to your door with Grace Home Delivery.
Each of the Home Delivery menus are carefully created by Grace nutritionists and the Head Chef to deliver optimum health benefits without compromising on flavour. Choose from six different menus encompassing gluten, dairy and refined sugar free options, vegan dishes or soup and juices cleanses. These suggestions are flexible and Grace nutritionists will work closely with you to create a bespoke menu reflecting your individual dietary requirements.
