Sur Mesure par Thierry Marx **
Offering patrons a complete sensory experience in the Mandarin Oriental, Thierry Marx brings together technical know-how and emotional aspects of cooking with sight, sound and taste. The décor is reminiscent of an all-white cocoon, offering a blank canvas in which to enjoy the cuisine.
L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon Saint Germain **
Boasting two well-deserved Michelin stars, this establishment features a long counter with high stools, a discreet dining area and red and black tones. The 9-course Degustation menu comes highly recommended features a large selection of small dishes of modern cuisine.
